Rachel was an incredible support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and birth! We had multiple prenatal visits that helped my husband and me feel informed and prepared for what was to come. During early labor, she coached me through breathing techniques that made a huge difference in how I coped with contractions. She also showed my husband how to support me and made sure he felt involved, then helped me move through different positions during active labor to encourage progress. I especially appreciated how she advocated for us to have private time to discuss medication options suggested by the medical team before making a decision, without ever influencing my choice. Having her consistent, hands-on presence throughout labor was invaluable, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate birth doula.
